One floor fitout of 80 Collins Street involved the construction of new offices, breakout area, utility areas and meeting rooms. Existing lighting, security, mechanical, and fire services were relocated and supplemented to suit new fitout. New window treatments and graphics package were applied to glazing to match CenITex’s other tenancies. A comms room was constructed with fibre link to main computer room on Level 16. SMI procured loose furniture and storage and coordinated a nominated workstation contractor and task chair supplier engaged by the client.
