Project Description:
Fast tracked staged fitout of three occupied floors in the old Customs House (414 LaTrobe St.). The ten week program involved demolition of offices followed by construction of new offices, meeting rooms, breakout areas, supply and installation of detailed joinery, and procurement of loose furniture and workstations, new carpet, paint, and blinds throughout.. Services additions included new lighting, communications cabling, supplementary air conditioning systems and alterations to existing power, fire and security systems.
