Project Description
Staged demolition and new fitout on ground floor of the Boeing Building Barton. Alterations to existing fitout were carried out after hours and weekends. The project involved the construction of new offices and meeting rooms, supply and installation of detailed joinery, supply of loose furniture and workstations. Services additions included new lighting, communications cabling, supplementary air conditioning systems and alterations to existing power, fire and security systems.

Additional Information
This project was completed with the site in full occupation. Subcontractors were engaged to perform a portion of the works out of hours to ensure minimal disruption to P&P. Base building carpets and ceilings were replaced in conjunction with the fitout and high quality joinery was fitted to each office. SMI value managed a number of the trade packages with the client and HBO to ensure the project was completed within time and budget.
